Long ago when the planet was created a mixture of physical elements and Potential energy combined to form the planet.

With the creation of the planet a consciousness emerged, a sort of superconsciousness which is the living language that creatures and organisms use to communicate with each other.

Every species have their own language(s). The superconsciousness is referred to as "The Spoken". Not everyone can communicate through The Spoken the same way not everyone can use the Potential, the stronger connection you have to it the more you can communicate and thus can only have a dialogue with anyone who has the ability to use the Potential, you can however understand anyone or anything regardless of their connection to the Potential.

The downfall with this is having to filter out what and when to hear things, it can lead to a sensory overload. Thus certain sentient species have constructed shrines on spots of particularly low concentration of Potential where they can get their minds purified and declustered from all the voices that they take in.

The Spoken is said to be sentient itself which is believed to be the cause of misunderstandings and miscommunications.

Just like there are spots of particularly low concentration of Potential, the other extreme exists which acts as a reversed radio station allowing anyone who is there to hear and communicate with anyone anywhere on the planet but can easily be overwhelming for the untrained.

Normally it sounds like a light background chatter. Low Potential hotspots sounds like spaced apart whispers and concentrated Potential hotspots sounds like everyone is speaking with a megaphone for the untrained.

Instead of these minerals there are a set of other hard minerals that have a sentient organism that lives inside of it. Migrating rocks are like tumbleweed and seem to move in the wind but only use the force of the wind to migrate to other areas. Sprouting or escaping grovel is when small rocks depart from the top of a mountain due to high level of movement within the rocks.
One is roughly the size of Australia but a little bit smaller however is surrounded by a thick layer of island groups and archipelago on each side of the continent giving the continent the shape of a lemon. The other one is somewhat snake shaped that thins out to a volcano strip roughly equivalent to the ring of fire on Earth, this continent is very close to the southern pole.

One is roughly the size of Australia but a little bit smaller however is surrounded by a thick layer of island groups and archipelago on each side of the continent giving the continent the shape of a lemon.
The polar caps are 40% permafrost and 60% ice caps. Very low biodiversity.

There are 3 continents that are loosely connected to each other but due to their varying sizes they're mostly distinguished by dominating biomes and the ecosystems.

West of the pseudo-supercontinent there are two limestone continents that migrate slowly, they used to be connected to the westernmost continent but eroded and migrated away with time, then split into two. They attract crustaceans which means that they continuously keep growing.

There are three floating continents, smaller than the rest but have their own biomes. They stay in the air due to the extremely magnetic metal Arcencielin and the peculiar magnetic field of the planet. Due to their high elevation they have seasonal waterfalls which creates month long rainfall in certain areas.

We know that there are "cracks" or "rifts" in the natural world. The strings that connects the material world and the mirror dimension are realised as the rifts in the natural world when there is a high concentration of the strings.

How does this happen? Due to migration and movement of different creatures that are connected to the potential the strings get knot up. These "knots" create the rifts that are hotspots of plugged, unstable Potential. The rifts could be described as volcanoes of the potential but look more like a mix of geysers and canyons.

The effect they have on inhabitants are different depending on if they have the Potential or are unsensed.

One with the Potential would experience a mind of supercharge, reminiscent of being on Ecstasy or being drunk. They feel a rush. This is due to them attracting the Potential and inhabiting more than they're capable of.

The unsensed can only perceive the physical attributes around the rift of the Potentiam but can not sense or perceive the actual Potential itself. It appears as being sealed, like a geyser with a lid, while creatures with a functioning auní would perceive the Potential and not a "lid".
