All races and species of sentient beings on our target planet value Ro:paR as the highest goal of their existences, and indeed believe it to be the thing that the [[Aether]] and the [[Potential]] exist to promote; actions are evaluated according to whether they accord with Ro:paR or combat it. They pronounce it alike though they may use different scripts and languages. Ro:paR may be translated as 'zeal for right harmony', 'just anger' or 'passion for justice'.
